The Foundation is in the process of identifying and partnering organizations that target major concerns like HIV, as also work locally to promote education about safe health practices. The Foundation recognizes that healthcare is intrinsically linked with education and disability is a one of the inroads how we plan to target healthcare practices all over the country. Another area of focus of the Foundation is partnering organizations that treat and care for the elderly through existing old age homes or health camps. The Foundation through its funding / partnerships is in the process of creating a network of partner organizations who will replicate the practical and good practices of each other thereby strengthening the organizations ability to serve the cause.
The Hans Foundation values it’s partnerships with the non profit and non governmental organizations. However, the Foundation recognizes that checks and balances are put in place, to ensure that the funds provided are utilized for the intended purpose and reach the targeted sections of society. The onus of monitoring such funded organizations rests with The Hans Foundation staff in an around the year effort to ensure sustainability and viability of the trust.
