This film is an introduction to the foundation building work in the area of Early Literacy and Learning undertaken by OELP (Organisation for Early Literacy Promotion). A tripartite MoU was signed between OELP, the Government of Rajasthan and the Hans Foundation in 2018 to support the scaling up of this program. The film also shares responses from State Education functionaries in the new districts where work has been initiated.
